The Bumblebee DH6300B is a 50-taper horizontal machining center with two 24.8 × 24.8 in (630 × 630 mm) pallets, a full 0.001° B axis and 41.3 × 35.4 × 35.4 in (1050 × 900 × 900 mm) of travel. The price covers the standard machine below; the tool magazine, taper, coolant and other options are added in the online configurator.
Delivery included. The machine ships on a 40 ft flat rack in a steel crate. The price includes delivery by special transport to your door, budgeted at USD 30,000; the actual cost is confirmed at the time of order and may change in either direction.
The tool magazine is not part of the base machine. The 40-tool chain magazine is a separate configurator option.
Why the DH6300B
Two pallets let one part be loaded while the other is cut; the exchange takes 12.5 seconds. The B axis indexes in 0.001° steps, so four sides and angled faces of a housing, valve body or manifold are machined in one clamping.
The SETCO spindle is driven through a GTP two-speed gearbox: 770 Nm continuous and 1,892 Nm peak at the low end for heavy facing, boring and tapping in steel and cast iron, 6,000 rpm at the top. Roller guideways on all three axes, ball screws with hollow-core cooling and an oil chiller on the spindle, screws and gearbox keep the machine stable over long cycles.

- Power: 220 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz (machine supplied with a CSA-listed transformer and main switch), 60 kVA. Inlet cable and breaker size for 220 V are confirmed with the order.
- Separate grounding, resistance below 3 Ω
- Compressed air: 87–116 psi (0.6–0.8 MPa), up to 21 CFM (600 L/min), dew point ≤ 50 °F (10 °C); an air dryer is recommended
- Coolant tank: 238 gal (900 L)
- Ambient 41–95 °F (5–35 °C), 68 ± 4 °F (20 ± 2 °C) recommended for accuracy; humidity below 75 %
- Consumables: LUBE LHL-X100-7 grease cartridge; ISO VG32 hydraulic oil, 26 gal (100 L) for the oil chillers and hydraulic unit
